This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on coellyo.co, operated by Nerona Limited. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and reliably as possible.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second notification with your tracking information once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship internationally to most countries worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at coellyo.sav@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.


3. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to follow your shipment through the carrier's website.
